Human Resources team

We aim to create a significant edge in talent retention and attraction by providing benefits that align with the changing needs of our employees. We will design a customized benefits program that includes options for wellness, professional development, and workplace flexibility. Our focus is on creating an environment where employees feel valued and supported in their growth and well-being.

We are determined to make efficiency a fundamental part of our organizational culture. This means carefully analyzing our workflow, eliminating bottlenecks, and automating repetitive tasks. We will invest in technology and provide training in efficiency for our employees. Our goal is to be more agile and effective in everything we do.

Improve our efficiency

Our goal is to promote a culture of development and continuous improvement through quarterly performance meetings. We will ensure that each employee has the opportunity to discuss their progress, set new goals, and receive valuable feedback. We will implement a tracking system to ensure that all meetings take place on time and are effective.

All team members had their performance review meetings in the quarter

Our aim is to foster a culture of personal and professional development by encouraging at least 60% of our employees to participate in training every quarter. We will offer a variety of training resources, including online courses, workshops, and mentoring, and will regularly track participation. We are committed to empowering our employees to acquire new skills and knowledge that benefit both them and the company.

Our goal is to ensure that all OKRs are up to date and accurately reflect the progress of our teams and departments. To achieve this, we have set a deadline for all employees to update their OKRs: Tuesday at first light. This will ensure that everyone starts the week with a clear view of their goals and ongoing progress. We will provide regular reminders, training resources, and support to ensure that this process is smooth and efficient.

100% of OKRs are updated Tuesday 8AM

We are committed to empowering our leaders through closer collaboration with HR business partners. Each leader is required to have at least one meeting per month with their HR business partner to discuss key team-related topics such as development, retention, and performance. We will provide training and resources to help leaders make the most of these meetings and will regularly measure compliance with this OKR.

We are committed to expanding our business by acquiring 10 new agreements in the next quarter. This will require a focused sales strategy, including prospect identification, proposal customization, and a proactive approach to deal closure. We will provide sales resources, access to market information, and establish tracking metrics to measure progress toward this goal.

Add 10 new offerings

We will implement an employee satisfaction tracking system and continually improve our benefits programs to ensure they align with the needs and expectations of our employees. Additionally, we will establish an open feedback channel to encourage communication with our employees.

Reach a benefits' NPS of 70 pts

We will provide clear and accessible information about benefits, streamline the enrollment and tracking process, and offer ongoing support to ensure that our employees make the most of these options.

At least 95% of team members use one benefit

We will carefully select the provider that best suits our needs, evaluating their integration capability, security, and usability. Once selected, we will work closely with the provider to ensure a successful implementation and provide training to our team to effectively use the tool and maximize its benefits.

Select one vendor for the automatization of payrol management

We will implement a response time tracking system, improve task allocation, and provide support tools to our customer service team.

Get to a ticket turnover of 2hs for 80% of them

We will review and streamline every stage of the hiring process, from posting job openings to contract signing. We will implement tracking systems and standardize procedures to ensure efficient hiring.

Improve openings' time-to-close to 26 working days

Our goal is to understand and address the changing needs of our customers, employees, or stakeholders. We will conduct a needs assessment process that involves collecting feedback, conducting surveys, and evaluating key data.

Research and document requirements

Our aim is to identify five benefit providers that align with our goals and needs. We will conduct a preselection process that involves a thorough review of offerings, an evaluation of service quality, and consideration of provider reputation. This stage will allow us to have a list of strong candidates before moving on to the next selection stage.

During these meetings, we will delve into their offerings, discuss the customization capabilities of their services, and evaluate their commitment to excellence in customer service. We will also allow the providers to present their solutions and approaches to meet our needs.

Meet with all 5 vendors

Our goal is to select the final benefits provider best positioned to meet our needs and deliver exceptional value. We will conduct a detailed analysis of the solutions proposed by the providers, considering factors such as quality, customization, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Our choice will be based on careful evaluation and ensure that we are partnering with the provider that best aligns with our objectives
