We are committed to empowering our leaders through closer collaboration with HR business partners. Each leader is required to have at least one meeting per month with their HR business partner to discuss key team-related topics such as development, retention, and performance. We will provide training and resources to help leaders make the most of these meetings and will regularly measure compliance with this OKR.

We are committed to expanding our business by acquiring 10 new agreements in the next quarter.
