To achieve this, we have set a deadline for all employees to update their OKRs: Tuesday at first light. This will ensure that everyone starts the week with a clear view of their goals and ongoing progress. We will provide regular reminders, training resources, and support to ensure that this process is smooth and efficient.

We are committed to empowering our leaders through closer collaboration with HR business partners. Each leader is required to have at least one meeting per month with their HR business partner to discuss key team-related topics such as development, retention, and performance. We will provide training and resources to help leaders make the most of these meetings and will regularly measure compliance with this OKR.

We are committed to expanding our business by acquiring 10 new agreements in the next quarter. This will require a focused sales strategy, including prospect identification, proposal customization, and a proactive approach to deal closure. We will provide sales resources, access to market information, and establish tracking metrics to measure progress toward this goal.

Once selected, we will work closely with the provider to ensure a successful implementation and provide training to our team to effectively use the tool and maximize its benefits.

We will review and streamline every stage of the hiring process, from posting job openings to contract signing. We will implement tracking systems and standardize procedures to ensure efficient hiring.
