We will ensure that each employee has the opportunity to discuss their progress, set new goals, and receive valuable feedback. We will implement a tracking system to ensure that all meetings take place on time and are effective.

We will provide regular reminders, training resources, and support to ensure that this process is smooth and efficient.

We are committed to empowering our leaders through closer collaboration with HR business partners. Each leader is required to have at least one meeting per month with their HR business partner to discuss key team-related topics such as development, retention, and performance. We will provide training and resources to help leaders make the most of these meetings and will regularly measure compliance with this OKR.

We are committed to expanding our business by acquiring 10 new agreements in the next quarter. This will require a focused sales strategy, including prospect identification, proposal customization, and a proactive approach to deal closure. We will implement a response time tracking system, improve task allocation, and provide support tools to our customer service team.
