We will design a customized benefits program that includes options for wellness, professional development, and workplace flexibility. Our focus is on creating an environment where employees feel valued and supported in their growth and well-being.

We are determined to make efficiency a fundamental part of our organizational culture. This means carefully analyzing our workflow, eliminating bottlenecks, and automating repetitive tasks. We will invest in technology and provide training in efficiency for our employees. Our goal is to be more agile and effective in everything we do.

To achieve this, we have set a deadline for all employees to update their OKRs: Tuesday at first light. We will provide regular reminders, training resources, and support to ensure that this process is smooth and efficient.

We are committed to empowering our leaders through closer collaboration with HR business partners. Each leader is required to have at least one meeting per month with their HR business partner to discuss key team-related topics such as development, retention, and performance. We will provide training and resources to help leaders make the most of these meetings and will regularly measure compliance with this OKR.

We are committed to expanding our business by acquiring 10 new agreements in the next quarter. This will require a focused sales strategy, including prospect identification, proposal customization, and a proactive approach to deal closure.
